Why modeling size is small ?
Answer
We are developing desktop tissue engineering system. This is regenerative medicine process and target is human cornea and cartilage of knee. This target design is small size and almost look like coin. Now working size of 3D printer unit is small but no problem for operation. If we are use more big unit then many problem will come from operation.
Cell number of human cornea and knee cartilage is have limit and cannot operation by big unit. If people want to use normal one then you need to incubate and increase of cell number and need to wait long time.
So we need get market feedback and follow it. If many request will come for more big work size then we will think of it.
Question
Why Z axis holder is flexible angle ( swing )?.
Answer
We are now use TGP polymer for binding human live cell. And we don’t like hard sock for live cell. And this design is come from impact absorption. This function unit is easy to change for more hard one.
Question
Why X axis motion step is small?
Answer
Size of human live stand alone cell is almost 20 micro and when touch to another one then brisk and become over 100 micro. Mainly 3D printer is use flow cell in culture media and step resolution is need smaller than live cell.

Is this a disposable 3D printer ?
Answer
Yes, when we use for bio technology then the 3D printer is disposable for each one process. Because each human DNA is different and not easy to wash and clean. If you make plastic model for your hobby use, then you can reuse it many times.
