We are first company of comers of photocurable polymer for SLA. We are now develop photocurable material by using olive oil and aim for compatibility with SLA type 3D printer. This will broaden the choice of customers and investigate the market expansion. In the future, we will provide special materials for home use and professional use. For household use, priority is given to ease of handling, safety and economy. It is means in future home 3Dprint company will free from material supply.
Sales point of view:
- The main agent to be used is olive oil which is generally commercially available, and easily to get.
- Customers can easily add photocurable additives of olive oil in their own household kitchen
- Finally provide multiple types to be curable at the desired wavelength
Technology point of view:
- Selection of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids and addition of appropriate reactive groups to each
- Simplification of work environment by non-pressurization and low temperature during chemical reaction
- Response to commercial products of main resin。
We will support the development of 3D printing technology according to customer’s request. We cover a complete system from proposal to distribution of materials for development.
