In the FDM method of 3D printer, heat, melt, extrude filaments of thermoplastic resin, and mold the desired shape. In the current market, various kinds of resins including ABS, PLA and the like are compatible. In the industrial field, it is desired to reduce the number of parts by hybrid production of different parts and mixing of different materials.
New development technology:
- By the special manufacturing method, it corresponds to almost all FDM type extruder
- Continuously change the original color to a different color while keeping the same material at the specified speed
- Continually change to different materials while keeping the same color at specified speed
New uses:
- Multi material and multi temperature operation will create of hybrid structure by 2D and 3D form.
- Multi material and same temperature operation will create of inner force area and useful for parts cut function.
- Elimination of joining process, integration of different parts, reduction of production time, cost reduction, reduction of failure factors during use
- Multiple inventory burden of customers, reduction of management burden and simplification of distribution process
- We can watch of many material type by color difference.
