No. 810 Green SLA [ SLA with low energy operation ]

 

We offer a new interface corresponds to the “ARDUINO ”. “ARDUINO ” is open source interface for computer. We are open of our Rapid Prototype Technology for this interface. With appropriate energy saving design, we can also support Z axis lift unit of SLA method. The system operation is possible with outline of USB2 5Volut, 1Ampare power standards.

Setting a goal:

  1. Drive 3Dprinter with power supply distribution of USB 2/3 only
  2. Manage so as not to exceed power supply limit capacity by time shift management of multiple drive units
  3. Design to not exceed the 25 mA limit of integrated circuits
  4. Aim for cost reduction of products by reducing the number of parts
  5. Green energy concept will expand for new production style it like make vegetables in farm.

Passage:

  1. Fig No. 01, PK 243 (2 Phase) was driven via Arduino & Easy Driver with distribution power of USBVer 2 only.
    Initially we distributed five from Arduino’s Output (PWC), but kept it technically clinical considering reverse current from the motor and commercialization.
    In Easy Driver, the power supply was used as logic generation only as 5 V instead of regular 12 V.
  2. Initially, only the mass was used for the motor torque test
  3. Ultimately, all the loads were applied and tested

We will support the development of total 3D printing technology according to customer’s request. We cover a complete system from proposal to distribution of materials for development.
