The 3Dprinter technology (Rapid Prototype Technology) which is currently drawing attention has advantages and disadvantages. We will focus on the hobby for market price less than US $ 500, for household use.
Advantage:
- No sawtooth, electric drill, hammer etc like conventional one do not need any tool which is dangerous unfamiliar
- Basically there is no work at the time of production (output)
- Even if output fails, you can fix it and try again (there is perfect reproducibility)
Disadvantage:
- Production time (output time) is basically slow
- Re-enforcement after molding failure and use of extra material such as support design of molded products
- New knowledge such as computer and CAD required
With the slow output molding time, the casting method of casting the resin or metal dissolved in the mold is excellent. However, burdens are imposed on mold production and casting equipment (injection mold). Therefore, we propose a simplified type with a single block made of silicon material and casting with minimum equipment. The necessary equipment is only the parts in the photograph.
We will support the development of total 3D printing technology according to customer’s request. We cover a complete system from proposal to distribution of materials for development.
