Wet SLA and dry SLA
Today’s SLA is mainly 2 type. One is pull down model type and need big resin tank. Another one is pull up model type and need flat tank for thin resin. First one and second one was developed by 2 company’s before 1990th. We are first company of commerce at this second type in the world market. Why we develop of pull method?. Because big resin tank will make big size body and heavy and danger of operation. Pull up method is try to going to “ Dry SLA “. It concept is perfect but real production is not perfection. From 40 years of first generation of SLA. Then we are restart of making Dry SLA in Singapore.
Consideration
Immediately after creation of the thin curtain of Fig No, 01, the difference in red, yellow and blue thickness is clear according to the place. This is estimated to be roughly 650 nm to 550 nm. However, after several minutes’ creation of Fig Nom 04, it got thicker and became uniform a little during stability. For observation of the thin curtain, an incandescent lamp is irradiated from the top.
The sustainable time after creation of the thin curtain has reached more than several hours. Since humidity is not 100% even inside the container, evaporation phenomenon is observed. Therefore, consideration is made to replenish the decrease as drying measures.
NOTE
In this preliminary experiment, cover is provided for dustproof, windproof, and antidrying, but it is removed only when photographing.
