No. 811 Solid SLA [ SLA without motion parts ]

 

The current 3Dprinter product is made up of various driving parts. The main combination is a stepping motor, a pulley, a drive belt, a slide shaft and the like. At least three sets of these are necessary for three-dimensional drive. Including the capacity of installation, weight, accessory parts (limit sensors, etc.) is a major factor in product production cost. Moreover, the trouble caused by the low cost goods and the after service burden are large.

In order to solve these problems, the cause should be excluded rather than coping therapy. In other words, we abolish the use of such parts and exchange it with other static parts.
For this project, we are studying the principle of “Force of Coriolis” as a method to control the flow of liquid in the resin tank.

We are image of fitting SLA technology for agriculture operation. Some times quiet and low speed modeling is better than high speed operation. We will not get away from base of Raid Prototype Technology. Please image of SLA unit in farm work!.

Merit:

  1. “Force of Coriolis“ is easy to get without any special interface unit ( power receive unit ) and easy.
  2. “Force of Coriolis“ is non stop and stable
  3. “Force of Coriolis“ interface is easy to modeling of power or speed ratio from original.

Demerit:

  1. “Force of Coriolis“ is one cycle/day
  2. “Force of Coriolis” is slow speed and weak
  3. Be careful of separate than another power source ( Temperature / Vibration / Static electricity )
  4. Be careful of “ Change in atmospheric pressure ”, “ Earthquake ”,”Air flow ”
