There are advantages and disadvantages also in 3Dprinter technology which is currently drawing attention. The disadvantage is that the molding time is slow. Regarding this point, the casting method of casting resin or metal dissolved in the mold is excellent. However, burdens are imposed on mold production and casting equipment (injection mold).
Therefore, we propose a simplified type with a single block made of silicon material and casting with minimum equipment. The necessary equipment is only the parts in the photograph.
